Patio Living Space

• Customer was looking to replace their small, unusable deck landing installed by the builder.
• We created 3 different spaces within this outdoor living space.
  • Grilling station
  • Dining space
  • Fire pit area
• The seat wall and grill surround were constructed using Unilock Estate Wall (mosaic pattern) in the Sierra color, with a Brussels Fullnose coping in the Sandstone color.
• The pavers we installed are Unilock Bristol Valley in the Bavarian Blend color with a Unilock Brussels Block border in Sandstone to match the seat wall coping.
• The fire pit was built using the same material as the seat wall and had a natural gas line installed.
• In addition to the patio, we added landscape plantings along the back foundation and added varying sizes of Norway Spruces to give privacy from the street.
