Outdoor Living Space and Kitchen

• Customers were looking for an outdoor kitchen and additional space for entertaining.
• Our team removed the existing paver patio.
• Part of the design challenge was connecting the pool and the covered patio with the new paver patio.  The hot tub was also existing.
• As we got working and the project started taking shape, the homeowners decided to add a fire pit area off the far corner of the pool deck.  This was planned for as part of a future phase, but they decided to move forward and it really completed the space.
• The outdoor kitchen was constructed using the Unilock U-Cara cabinet system and we were able to customize the kitchen to meet their needs.
• The kitchen includes a bar top that can be utilized for serving food & drinks or additional dining space.
• The homeowner had the appliances purchased prior to starting the project and includes a flat top hibachi style griddle along with a traditional gas grill.  Storage doors and drawers were installed as well.
• Paver materials used were Unilock Beacon Hill Smooth slabs in the Granite Fusion color with a 4×8 Holland Premier accent border in the Dark Charcoal color.  
• The kitchen materials are Unilock U-Cara pitched-face panels in Granite Fusion with an Onyx Black Series accent panel underneath the Indiana limestone countertop.
• The fire pit area utilized the same pavers but the seat wall and fire pit were constructed using Unilock Lineo wall in the Granite Blend color with the same Onyx Black Series accent as the kitchen.  The seat wall coping is also Indiana limestone.
